Holistic Therapy

What Is Herbology

Herbology is the use of specific plants for botanical medicines. These herbs are natural remedies which help stimulate critical body processes for renewal, healing and balance.

Herbs play an extremely important role in helping you restore health while working innately with the body’s own healing ability. Herbology provides the body with a safer way to treat illness and maintain your health.

What Is Iridology

Iridology is the analysis of the iris to assess the status of the body’s health. Iridology can identify the presence of inflammation, weakness, nutritional deficiencies, toxemia, and conditions of each organ, gland and tissue. Iris analysis will help you gain knowledge about your body, diet and health.

What Is Reflexology

Reflexology is the art and science of acupressure points on the soles of the feet and the palms of the hands. Reflexology stimulates corresponding areas of the body, which activates the body’s own healing powers and can reduce stress, induce deep relaxation, improve circulation, clean toxins and impurities. Reflexology balances the whole body and revitalizes the body’s energy.

What Is Reiki

Reiki is simple system of “laying of hands healing”. It allows the universal life force energy to flow through the individual to heal any areas of the body that are blocked.

Reiki’s healing energy increases energy flow in the emotional, physical and the spiritual levels of the body.
